About Me
Brynith has undergone personal studies of health, diet, wellness, fitness and nutrition for the last eight years, and has studied raw food and detoxification extensively.
She has completed a certificate in Holistic Health Counseling through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, associated with Columbia University Teacher’s College in New York City and is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise with additional certifications in Kettlebells, Pre/Post Natal Exercise and Greg Cook’s Functional Movement Screen (FMS). She has worked at some of New York’s premiere gyms including Equinox and Club H and in the recent past, she has coached a varsity dance team and completed the Julie Hughes Triathlon in Sitka, Alaska.
Brynith maintains a rigorous exercise schedule, and has just joined one of the nations newest amazing fitness phenomenon- CrossFit!
